ORDER
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Currently
all orders will be shipped within 7-14 working days
(weekends are not included) - unless
noted otherwise.
During sales or special events, please expect a minor
delay. |

PAYMENT
METHODS
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and
Pay Pal at Mundo Botanica. We are not able accept personal
checks, Money Orders or Certified Checks.
International
Payments: Because, we can only accept credit cards
that have a USA billing address
-- we ask our International customers to pay via PayPal.
You can use your Credit Card to pay for your order via
PayPal. It
is a free service for customers.

DELIVERY
OPTIONS
We
ship all orders (full size as well as sample orders) via UPS
International orders as well as orders to Canada and Hawaii (insured Priority Mail only) are shipped via United States Postal Service - the services we use are Global Express Guaranteed, Express Mail International and International Priory Mail only and all orders ship insured.

CHARGES
We
use UPS for all of our shipments and ship within USA
The shipping fee will be
visible on your shopping cart at the time of check out.
UPS shipping rates vary based on the weight and dimensions
of package, shipping destination, choice of service
level and rural or non-rural delivery area. Due to these
facts, the shipping rates may be different from one
order to another.

CANCELLATION/ADD
ON
We
will be happy to help you add on to or cancel your
order prior to shipping. However, if your order is
en route or already delivered, we are unable to cancel
your order. We do not charge a cancellation
fee, however we do deduct a 20% fee from from all
cancellations to cover administrative fees.
If
for any reason you need to cancel your order or to
add on, you will need to contact us as soon as possible.

and fax cancellations must contain the following - First
and last name, phone number, order number and e-mail
address. This information must be identical to the information
originally submitted on your order.

PACKAGE TRACKING
Each order with a valid e-mail will receive a UPS
tracking number and information about the package when
the order ships out. You can also log
in to your customer account and check the status
of your order. |

process and fill your order.

street addresses -- Since we ship via UPS, we
are unable to ship to PO Box addresses (with the
exception of Hawaii and Alaska).

names -- Please enter your full name, using
initials will delay your order.

working valid e-mail address -- rest assure
that your e-mail is
safe
with us.
- A
correct phone number -- where we can reach you
in case we need to reach you regards to your order.

ACCURACY
OF ADDRESS INFORMATION
Please review your order carefully before submitting.
If you notice any errors after you submit your order,
please contact us
right away and we will correct it for you. If your address
is incorrect, UPS penalizes us by charging us a $10.00
fee. Please help us by double checking your orders. |
SALES
TAX
We collect a 6% sales tax for orders shipped to Maryland
addresses. |

AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Time to time, we may request confirmation from the
customer, delay the order pending verification or in
rare cases refuse any order based on inability to verify
legitimacy of the order. Our order confirmation and
validation process may include the verification of credit
card information, physical address, shipping information
or billing information.
