POLICY
At
Sevi Cosmetics we pride ourselves on the fact that we
manufacture the highest quality natural skin and mineral
makeup products and work hard to get them to you. We
offer sample sizes, please test drive our products before
purchasing full sized products
as we regret that we are unable to accept returns for
any our products.
In
case of damages and incorrect merchandise, call us at
410-522-5151 or e-mail 
us first. Once we go over your order and the cause of
the damage or figure out the incorrect item/s, we will
send you a return label and take the necessary steps to replace
your order free of charge. Please do not ship products
back to us without contacting our customer service department
first.
CANCELLATION/ADD
ON
We
will be happy to help you add on to or cancel
your order prior to shipping. However, if your
order is en route or already delivered, we are
unable to cancel and refund your order. We
do not charge a cancellation fee, however we do
deduct a 20% fee from from all cancellations to
cover administrative fees.
If
for any reason you need to cancel your order or
to add on, you will need to contact us as soon
as possible.
