Hydrosol is also called hydrolat. Hydrosol is
the water that is collected when plants are distilled
to make essential oil. Hydrosols are extremely gentle

note that all hydrosols are not created equal
-- we have noticed that the term "floral water"
is not always a hydrosol. For example if you receive
a Hydrosols and it smells more like a perfume and
when shaken creates an enormous amount of foam that
does not go away, then most likely you have received
an adulterated Hydrosol. |
