Eye Declare™ - Restorative Under Eye Elixir

This restorative eye soothing treat is fast absorbing and contains nourishing and healing cold-pressed base oils such as Meadowfoam and Kukui Nut to help pamper the delicate eye area.

Vitamin A, B, E -- Rose Damascena, Eyebright and Elderflower Extracts are included to help reduce the appearance of fine dry lines, pamper and refresh the delicate eye area.

Suggested Use: Every day after cleansing and toning with one of my hydrosols, apply a drop of Eye Declare Serum to clean finger tip and dab it under/ around your eye gently. Repeat process for the other eye area.
Keep in mind not rub the skin under or around your eye area. Since this area is very sensitive, incorporate gentle dabbing or patting motions in to your skin care routine. I use my middle or ring finger, these fingers apply the correct kind of pressure needed without damaging delicate skin
